Undergo continual Self-improvement in the role of Nanny:
Engage in self-reflection on needed improvements in 4 areas of life
Undergo periodic training
Act with integrity (see integrity training video).
Seek and recieve feedback from others.
Analyze and respond to training and feedback by writing down necessary changes.
Implement these .changes
Taking care of the child's physical needs: bathing the child, napping the child, preparing food for the child, feeding the child, changing the childs diaper, clothing the child.
Meeting the childs' developmental needs: teaching the child emotional regulation, teaching the child self-care, dressing self, hygiene and restroom use, teaching the child music through singing, playing instruments, playing music, teaching the child art through drawing, painting, sculpture, teaching the child to work alongside the nanny doing the nanny's duties, teaching the child self improvement through feedback, self analysis, integrity, goal setting, and implementation.
Teaching the child spiritual things: prayer, meditation, gospel stories, faith, repentence, covenants. Managing the Child's inside environment: performing home maintenance tasks on the child's home, organizing the home, cleaning the home, doing laundry, making beds, managing interior trash.
Managing the child's outside environment of the child's homes: Weeding, mowing, trimming shrubs, propogating plants via cuttings and seeds, transplanting plants, watering, sweeping paved surfaces, stacking firewood, etc.

Undergo periodic training.

Work under direction of Nicole and Merrill and complete administrative office tasks.
Updating websites.
Doing online research.
Managing online shedule and calendars.
Booking travel and making venue arrangements.
Managing accounts.
Managing clients.
Managing marketing materials.
File management.
Writing and sending emails.
Creating content.
